Drop Off

A customer called and complained that none of his Jann-Air model JED8230ADS cooktops are lighting up. The technician first checked on the socket voltage and found out that there was none. He then checked the electricity control unit and discovered that one of the switches was off. After turning it back on the voltage came back to 220v. Then the technician started turning Jenn-Air switches on and off one at a time and discovered the real problem. One of the switches was blown and caused electricity knockout every time it was turned on and the burner started. After replacing the damaged part all cooktops started working without any problem. The customer was happy and started recommending Capital to his friends.

A customer called Capital Appliance Repair with the problem that his 150 bottles capacity commercial wine cooler was not cooling at all. The technician pulled the whole unit out, tightened the gauges and checked the compressor pressure. As the pressure was very high he concluded that there was no freon (gas) leak and that most likely the condenser fan motor was broken. Indeed, after opening the top cover he discovered that the condenser fan motor was not running even though it was getting voltage (110v). The technician ordered new condenser fan motor and installed it next day after which it started working anew. The customer was satisfied
